RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Delivering one of India's finest coffee grades, we have achieved the status of Mumbai's top-rated coffee company within just a year. Nevertheless, if any coffee purchase made through our website does not meet your satisfaction, kindly reach out to us within 21 days from the date of shipment at support@abcoffee.in. We are prepared to provide either a replacement or a complete refund amounting to 100% of the purchase price, subject to the fulfilment of the following conditions:

- Complete refunds for brewing equipment can only be processed upon the equipment's return to any of our facilities, provided it is in new and unused condition.
- All elements of the placed order must be returned to us in the event of a refund request. In instances of flavour dissatisfaction, a 50% refund of the purchase price will be applicable for 1 kg packets. Refund processes are initiated within 3 days.
- The timeline for the money to be credited back to the customer's account may vary, generally spanning 5-7 days. For warranty-related repair claims of brewing equipment, customers are responsible for delivering the machine to abCoffee's Warehouse i.e. Unit No.39, Ground Floor, Sanjay Mittal Building No.3, Mittal Estate, Marol Andheri East, Mumbai, 400059

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation requests for coffee orders will be acknowledged provided they are submitted within 24 hours of order placement. We collaborate with third-party courier partners, and the majority of orders across India are typically delivered within 4-7 business days, barring any unforeseen delays. Should the order fail to reach you within 10 days following dispatch, we will either dispatch a replacement or offer a complete refund for the identical order. abCoffee reserves the right to impose a cancellation fee on orders that abCoffee is compelled to cancel due to circumstances beyond abCoffee's control. These circumstances include, but are not limited to: In the event that the address provided by you is either wrong or falls outside the delivery zone. Failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of delivering. Failure to deliver your order due to lack of information, direction or authorization from you at the time of delivery. In case of cancellations for the reasons attributable to abCoffee, abCoffee shall not charge you any cancellation fee.
